I don't know how that works. I thought it required Read the Wind, since you need a very quick flight speed in order to get off the attacks as soon as possible.

Read the Wind makes your arrows more likely to hit and does a little extra damage. And happens to be in a good attribute. Can't really see an advantage on Apply Poison since you are shooting at 1 target and not spreading.

Turret Rangers dont really need nerfs, this is one buid afterall, not a team build like dervspike or sinsplit. One turret ranger isnt game decicisive (usually?)
and guilds that run 5 turret rangers need to burn in hell imho.

they nerf single builds all the time. It doesn't have to do anything with the synergy of the team it is on, if it is overpowered it izzy kicks it

Im talking about for GvG specifically. That is the case quite often outside of gvg, and sometimes in gvg, but recently, recently its only the team builds that have been a problem.

Blind is something the Rangers themselves can be built to take care of, nevermind being hard to spread around that much. Miss hexes... meh.

Well most of the deterrents to these types of build are either incredibly weak or unplayable. The builds not overpowered, the game got weaker. And beside it's almost no different then 2 warriors and a Cruel Spear paragon, or some of the 3 warrior builds I've seen getting success. And really with ranger/warrior being the only real split threat, it's a lot either to blow the other team up at the stand and let your healing flag runner stall their split.

Look at ViO, its just the same as VoD, theres no reason to have 2 shouts, but anet can never accept they fail sometimes and revert things, instead they will change everything else in the game until the skill they broke is balanced again.

actually there is a reason, as one is applied to everyone, while the other is applied to players only (AKA not npcs)
besides some dumb necro stuff, everything looks pretty solid atm. a few minor tweaks here and there and id say the gvg side of things is looking the best it has been in a while.

yea ViO is bascially a superfical ability now. no real point in it besides makin the end of the game go 30 seconds faster.
